Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Kaalvit account and the data tied to it, whether or not you still have the app installed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app
If you have Kaalvit installed, this is the fastest way:
- Open Kaalvit and go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately, and the app returns to a fresh start.
If you no longer have the app
You do not need to reinstall to delete your data. Email support@kaalvit.com from the email address you registered (or, if you never added an email, from any address, telling us enough to identify your account) and ask us to delete your account. We will verify the request and action it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is removed:
- your birth chart and the birth details you entered (date, time, place);
- all of your daily readings and reading history;
- your reflections (ratings and any notes);
- your saved matches and any match invites you created;
- your email address, if you added one;
- your push notification token;
- your anonymous device account itself.
What we keep, and for how long
Nothing is retained for continued use. Residual copies that exist in our encrypted backups are pruned on a rolling basis, within 30 days, after which they are gone too. We do not keep your personal data beyond that window, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
A note on accounts
Kaalvit has no password-based login. Your identity is your device, with an optional email used only for recovery if you change phones. Deleting your account removes both, on this device and on our servers.
